Getting To Know You: For any large web design project, we like to arrange an initial, no-obligations meeting to discuss your needs in detail, and we can visit you for free in the South Wales area. We then provide a summary of the requirements discussed, along with a specific quotation - the details of which remain open for discussion until you're happy with them.
  2. Analysis and Design: On receipt of an initial deposit (normally 50% of the quoted sum), we usually start the first phase of the project by presenting draft designs as a series of screen mock-ups for your feedback and further refinement. All sums paid for our services are protected by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  3. Implementation: Once you're happy with the design and have provided us with any necessary content, you'll be able to watch your site developing on a private section of one of our web servers. Even at this stage, you're free to make changes - we'll either adapt within the existing budget, or confirm any extra costs before proceeding.
  4. Quality Control: A site can easily look great on one browser version, and awful on another. We test your site on numerous Windows, Mac and Linux browsers, following best practices and validating code against web and accessibility standards wherever possible. Our code is search engine friendly, and we can help with search engine optimisation (SEO) of your content too, if desired.
  5. Training: We are happy to provide training in the use of advanced features of your site, if required.
  6. Launch: On payment of the balance, we launch the site, arranging hosting and submitting it to a range of search engines.
  7. Support: We continue to support you once the site has been launched, troubleshooting and making minor changes to the site without charge for the first 30 days.
